Hi Nedais,
On the F28377D device, you can configure any GPIO to be an eCAP input.
Take a look at the INPUT X-BAR part of the GPIO section of the F28377D TRM for more information.

If you want to output a signal (like APWM mode) from an eCAP module you will need to use the OUTPUT X-BAR to do bring the signal to an IO pin.
