F28377D EMIF configuration

I'm using F28377D control card.

I want to configure RAW address size.

But I don't understand the description of IBANK_POS field in SDRAM_CR register.

Especially I can't find Table 2,3,4 and 5 that I think the logical address map.

I want to know what these tables show.
