We purchased TMS320F28069F FOC DSP controller in september 2013. Now there is new motorware version_13 and some change in software code. So is there any change in internal FOC algorithm because I plan to purchase new TMS320F28069F FOC controller.

The ROM hasn't and will NOT change.

If you ever want to check, there is a ROM major and minor version number variable. F2806x is 1 and 6. F2802x and 5x are 1 and 7.

You can even use the older versions of MotorWare if you like, though there are a couple of critical updates regarding the clocking and calibration that we made last year, so I would make sure you are at least using that as baseline (v9 I believe).
