About the Vddosc and Vssosc of 28377D

Both the Vddosc are on-chip oscillator power pins. If you're not using the on-chip oscillator but an external crystal, still you've to keep them powered. Refer the following table:

Note: INTOSC1 is the one that can clock the Watchdog and not the external one.

The VDDOSC pins need to be supplied even if you are not using an external solution to clock your device.

It has to be the common ground else it doesn't make any sense :)
