Hi,
This question is probably more for a TI employee as regarding a TI video, which mentions a Solar Micro Converter Kit. The kit is basically a small DC to DC converter which fits to individual solar panels from what I can see.
This is mentioned on this video from time 1Hr:05Min:53sec and and block diagram and image are shown shortly after that.
