There is one Power Line Communication (PLC) reference design available for the industrial applications.
I am creating a data acquisition device in which I want my device to be completely tamper free (security purpose) device such that if anybody cut the power cable or try to remove any device from the power socket it should be detected at the same time. So for this, Is there any IC available with TI which can be used directly for the device and for this current PLC board what should be the frequency with which the data is to be send in order to detect the discontinuity ?
