Dear Sir,
We are working on TI's TMS320F2809 Micro-controller.
We are running the processor @100Mhz with the help of PLL,but we are not able to toggle the GPIO as per the electrical specifications given in the datasheet.
But if we enable the SYSCLKOUT pin, it is generating 100MHz.
Please help us to resolve this issue.

You mean to say that you're unable to achieve the maximum toggle frequency as per datasheet, right?
