I like to know if there is any reference design with package HLQFP (PTP) with power pad.

This package is used in F28377D.

    I'm on travel and hence was not able to respond previously. What I feel is that the reference designs available in the controlSuite are the only ones sharable. Other than that I feel you refering the datasheet and creating your footprint would be the best idea instead of waiting for someone to post it!
