CCS 3.3 setup for ControlStick F28069

Dear all,

This is my first post and apologies if it has been answered already. i could not find a steo-by-step procedure.

I HAVE to use Code Composer Studio ver. 3.3 for interfacing with Simulink 2014a and later versions (4.2, 5.5, 6.0) will not do. However, when I go through CCS3.3 setup the F28069 ControlStick is not available as an option. I tried some Serve Releases (here http://software-dl.ti.com/ccs/non-esd/releases/CCSv3/CCSv3.3/CCSv3.3ServiceReleases.htm), but my board still does not appear.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

According to the following wiki link, CCS3.3 does not support the F28069 MCU:
http://processors.wiki.ti.com/index.php/Development_Tool_Versions_for_C2000_Support

Unfortunately, it looks like you'll need to come up with a different plan.

Thank you for your prompt response!

What other versions support the F28069 MCU (it shipped with 4.2.1.00004) in order to check with Simulink for a version that is also supported by them.

I found a solution from Mathworks allowing the use of CCS 4 & 5 (which are compatible with F28069) here
