F28335 control card

Good day

I am looking at the F28335 controlCard Dim100 pin-out. What is the reason for the yellow highlighted pins. I know that GPIO 84,85,86 and 87 is connected to the dip switches for boot selection. My question revolves around GPIO 58-63 and GPIO48 and 49. Should special precautions be made when using these pins.

First of all, on GPIO 48-49: These are ECAP5-6 modules and can be used directly as capture modules (no precautions needed :) (Muxed with GPIO & Ext Int data)

Secondly, on GPIO58-63: These are meant for McBSP communication. Again no precautions have to be taken while using them. (Muxed with GPIO & Ext Int data)
