Software library ECCN export code

Please can you tell me where to find the export control classification numbers ECCNs for

DSP/BIOS v5.33.06

rts2800_fpu32.lib v1.00

C28xFPU_Lib.lib vBeta1

Flash28335_API.lib v2.10

rts2800_fpu32_fast_supplement.lib v1.00

I have search for the manifest files but these old files (installed with CCS 3.3) don't seem to include the ECCN information.

The 3 above libraries are 3D991.

I have a inquiry into the BIOS team as well as the compiler team for the other two libraries.
