Hello,
I need a control card (with schematics/power supply/etc...) for a 3 phase rectifier with 12 channels to control phase angles/shift. Which one do you suggest I use? I'm new in this so pls help.

You didn't mention about your computation requirements; one will have to consider the available fixed and floating point controllers according to the computation requirement.

Then F28335 ControlCard would be an appropriate choice. This has a floating-point unit.

This card has: TMS320F28335 controller.

In the zip file, ther are different files with names:
F28335controlCard HWDevPkgZJZ [2.2]
F28335controlCard HWDevPkgZJZ [1.2]
F28335controlCard HWDevPkgZJZ [1.1] etc...
What is the difference between them?

Those are hardware revisions that the controlCard went through; v2.2 being the latest.

Ty for ur prompt responses so far.
However, I haven't seen the bridge rectifier/voltage regulator in any of the schematics. Why is that?
Are you looking for a controller for 12 pulse thyristor bridge rectifier with 50Hz or 60Hz mains input?
What is the power rating of the rectifier?
Thyristor control at line frequency has very low processing requirement, say any controller 10-20MHz with 500KHz ADC can take care.

This is just a controlCard and not a power board to have a bridge rectifier. Secondly it has a dual step-down DC-DC converter TPS62400. This part is used to step down 5V DC to 3.3V DC and 1.8V DC.

Yes, I' m looking for a controller for 12 pulse thyristor bridge rectifier. Power rating will be adjusted at the transformer side, could be 3kW or 5 kW etc...So it will be like driver card (or controller card).
You have a controller board with PIC controller, do you want to upgrade it?
Are you trying to develop 12 pulse rectifier, presently having only 6 pulse?
DSP is an over kill for a 50/60Hz rectifier control.
suggestions:
1. Try using a name instead of random characters
2. Don't verify answer until you get a solution 'to your problem'
