F28377D Differential Adc Problem

Hi TI Community,

I am using  F28377D development board and I want to use the 16-bit differential adc however the conversion doesn't seem to be 16 bit. Then I find a solutiıon on this forum about this problem and solved it for temporarily.

But now I wonder that will this problem be solved on new release? I mean when should I order new f28377d to completely get rid of this problem.

    This should be very much resolved when the production units are ready ie by this December.

    Fatih,

    Gautam is certainly correct; all trim/programming/configuration issues will be solved for TMS units, when they are released.

    However, for this specific issue, all Rev. B devices should not require this workaround.
