F28335 crashes with matlab Library

Can you be more specific? What crashes... CCS or the MCU itself? Also, what are the conditions around?

The DSP crash when I try to make a feed back inside a interruption and when i send values of 1and 0 to the pwm 

Are you sure that DSP is crashing and not CCS? Also, did you check your circuit for noises?
