I understanding as follows angle estimation method by nstaSPIN.

Measures the counter electromotive force, the arbitrary threshold, it is estimated in increments of 60 ° angle.

If roter spped is  Zero or very slow, when how do we calculate(/estimate) the rotor angle by InstaSPIN?
