I would like to know if Texas has plans for a 100 pin  F2837xS Control card pin compatible with Piccolo F28069 and F28035 Control cards.

    Hi Ari,

    No, we don't have any plans for this.  We expect that the F2837xD controlCARD will meet the needs of our customers wanting to evaluate the F2837xS family of C2000 MCUs. 

    Please note that this180-pin F2837xD controlCARD (which is HSEC-based) can be retrofit into the 100pin DIMM interface using the TMDSADAP180TO100 adapter card if desired.

    Moving forward all controlCARDs will be in the HSEC format - large devices will use the full 180pins in two connectors and smaller devices will fit in the subset 120pin connector.  We decided to transition to the HSEC connector because the 100pin DIMM connector is slowly going obsolete.
