I'm working on a project using a Piccolo DSP and I need a digital PLL.

There are a lot of pre-built software functions in TI's DSP library, but I did not see that particular one. Is it there and I am just missing it, or is there an easy way to build a PLL with the given software routines??

The lock freq is 120hz

and the jitter should be under 0.1%
