Please suggest where to connect in TMS320f28377D controller

1. Emulator pins EMU0 and EMU1 for connectivity in JTAG connector.

    Please note that "External memory interface" on F28377D is different than one available on F28335. Please refer F28377D TRM for more detail on this interface.

    Are you planning to use ASRAM or SDRAM? We haven't released the reference schematic for this interface yet. But if you have any specific queries on this, I'll try to answer through this forum.

    Thanks for the info, Vivek! Being in the Delfino family I thought TI has followed the same architecture.

    XINTF module on previous Delfino devices did not support SDRAM interface hence we had to reaplce it with new IP, EMIF.
