In Lab 5b, Page 108 of 'InstaSPIN Projects and Labs User’s Guide', it says we must per-unitized PI gain before we put it in digital PI program, Why we should do this ? How ? What's the meaning of
4pi X Velfs/(Ifs X P) in last line of Page 108.
