The Control Card inserted but only channel A shown in USB controllers and therefore there was no COM port shown in the PORTS.
The ControlCard, 28069M, is a newly ordered one.
How to debug it before I return to TI?
Thanks.

Tinhtan,
Are you sure Port B isn't showing at the bottom of the device manager list under USB?
I suspect port B is there, but you don't have the virtual com port enabled. Try right clicking on the channel B entry under USB and selecting properties. In the advanced tab you can enabled the VCP. Click ok, and re-plug the board and the COM port should appear.
BR,
Tinhtan,
I suspect the emulator has been improperly programmed by the contract manufacturer. Try downloading MProg and dumping the information from the emulator.
If it looks like the second channel is improperly programmed you can reprogram the emulator with the attached MProg file:

BR,
Hello Tinhtan,
This issue is interesting...
Could you try one more thing? Unzip the attached and run the .bat file. This is the method that we program most of C2000's xds100v2-based EVM board.
If it works you should get a "TI XDS100 Channel A", a "TI XDS100 Channel B" and a virtual "USB Serial Port" to populate in Device Manager.
Please let me know how this goes.
Thank you,
Brett
Brett,
I just got a RMA and have returned it back to TI Texas yesterday.
Thank you for your help though !

Hi,
The above was one of my last ideas. You probably made the right decision to go ahead and return it.
I am sorry for the issues you've ran into on this cCARD and I hope it hasn't caused you too much trouble.
Good luck in your project!
Thank you,
Brett
