Install CCS 5.3 / CCS 5.4 failed

Hello:

I can't install CCS5.3, i try CCS5.4 also install failed,

Can you help me? thanks!

    Hi Guo,

    Which OS are you using? Try running with "Run as Administrator" option. Delete the parent folder ie C:\ti

    Also, I hope you're using the offline installer. Please go for CCS v5.5 offline installation as this the most stable version in CCS v5.x

    Don't forget to disable your firewall and anti-virus before running the installer.

    Dear Gautam,


    My OS is Windows 7 Home 64bit
    Idelete folder C:\ti, run CCS v5.5 offline installation with administrator, turn off kaspersky and firewall,

    Amazing thing happened, I successfully installed,

    You are God! Thanks!
