    Hi Medha,

    I think that it should be connected to VSS, but I will move this post to the C2000 microcontroller forum for confirmation.

    What types of signals are you switching with this mux?

    Hi Medha,

    Do you plan to use separate ground planes for VSSA and VSS on your F28377D device? If not, this is more of a layout and routing question, which I think is tractable.  Otherwise, I am not sure what the best practice is for this situation.  My guess is that VSS is what you want to connect to the MUX ground pins, while also making sure that the VSSA plane is adjacent in the PCB stackup to the traces connecting to Y0-Y7 and COM, but I will do some more research if this is your intended use case.
