EMU0 and EMU1 pins

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TMS320F28335

Hi,

We are using 28335 device in of our design.

Our design needs to get TMS320F28335 JTAG pins out of the box for closed box device debugging and programming.

Except EMU0 and EMU1 all other JTAG pins are brought out of the box and EMU0 and EMU1 pins are pulled high with external 4.7k resistor in side the box.

In external debug card all the JTAG signals are connected to standard 14pin JTAG connector, and planning to leave 13 and 14 pin unconnected. (EMU0/EMU1)

Now can we debug the device? can we program the device?

We are planning to use Spectrumdigital XDS200 emulator.

with regards

RGK.
