I have the DRV8301-HC-C2-KIT which I have used to run a bunch of different BLDC nad PMSM motors. Now however I would like to try out the FOC-solution and I was wondering if I can use the same baseboard, i.e the DRV8301-HC-EVM Rev D, and just stick a new controlCard in it (the http://www.ti.com/tool/TMDSCNCD28069MISO for example)?

By the looks of things it is the same baseboard that is shipped with either the full kits but I just want to be sure.
