which version of CCS to use with C2000 28027F launchpad?

Hi everyone,


I tried to do the first project (the blinking LED) from MOTORWare on my C2000 launchpad and was unable to get it to work. It seems that some aspects of the tutorial from Motorware are missing with CCS 6.


So, do I need to use CCS5 or can the launchpad still work with CCS6?

    Hi Alex,

    All the example codes in Motorware are very well compatible with CCS v6. If you feel that even after referring the workshop documentation you're unable to get the things working; do proceed with CCS v5.5

    Once you're thorough with CCS v5.5 and get the upper hand with the compiler, you can easily port it to the later versions.
