Temperature range of TMS320F28335PTPQ

Hello,

We want use this component for Automotive (-40 to +125C)application, please confirm the temperature range because datasheet is showing is industrial (-40 to +85C) and digikey is showing -40 to +125C.

    Hi,

    If you check the datasheet, here are the keywords while selecting the part number:

    TMS320F28335PTPS & TMS320F28335PTPQ should work out to be fine.

    What Gauntum said is correct.  I'm not sure what you are looking at in the datasheet when you say the "Datasheet is showing is industrial (-40 to +85C)."  See SPRS439m, section 6.2 for example:

    Note that the 'Q' version is Q100 automotive qualified.  The 'S' version is not Q100 rated.  If you need Q100 rated, you need to use the 'Q' version of the part.
