TMS320f28027 - Emulator error

Hi  ,

          I am trying to connect to a tms320f28027 ( I am using the experimenter kit)  through a XDS100 usb emulator . when I try to debug and connect, I get the following error.

Error 0x00001200/-1135

Error during :OCS,Target

Unrecoverable emulation error.

Can you guys point me to what's wrong and how I can correct this.
