F28069 Load program error

Hi,

I have a F28069 Experimenter's kit. I have tried debugging my code and run it but I get an error message saying:

"Load program error.


Encountered a problem loading file:
LED_TEST.out
Could not open file"

I have checked the directory and the .out file is there. I'm also able to see it in the project explorer in code composer. I have no errors when building the project. So, any ideas on why I get this error message?

    Try rebuilding the project. If still no errors, try switching to a new workspace.
