DC bus input for TMDSHVMTRINSPIN

Hello!

In the Quick Start Guide qsg_gui_instaspin_motion.pdf, it is said under Hardware Set-up 4. d. HVMTR_r1p1 that it is recommended to use a DC bus input.

1. Is there a special reason for the recommendation?

2. What would happen, when one would connect the AC input first?

it is just better practice to use a stable DC power source when doing experiments and testing. AC inputs aren't as reliable and adds another variable when testing the control on a real motor.

but we use the AC input all the time, especially for demonstration on-site.
