Getting Started not working

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: CONTROLSUITE

Hello,

I got a CCSV6 update this morning and discovered that "getting started" does not seem to work  any more.  The problem seems to be with the example directory structure.  I noticed that the update added some more  example directories.  It looks like the TI resource explorer is accessing the controlSuite\device_support\f2802x\v221\f2802x_examples\adc_soc, however this directory structure is not correct for v221.  The structure it is looking for  is what is found in v210 or earlier  directories.  How can I get ti resource explorer to use the correct file path?

Best Regards,

Steve Mansfield

  • Steve,

I just installed 221 and I can see the bug as well.  It also impacts the resource explorer tool that is bundled with controlSUITE.  It is looking for <family>_examples but the directory is now <family>_examples_drivers

I am going to move this thread to the C2000 forum as the issue will need to be addressed in controlSUITE.

    Regards,

    John

  • Hi Steve,

Yes, v221 has f2802x_examples_drivers sub folder. I've informed the respective C2000 authority to take care of this issue. Thanks for pointing out the bug :)
