DRV8301 lab01 Can't find est.h

I am working through Lab01 of the DRV8301 BOOSTXL Launchpad. The lab instructions say to import projectLab01 into CCS5 and then inspect the code to make sure essential header files have been uploaded. There are two header files I cannot find after the import. One is the main.h file and the other is the est.h file. I can find all the other header files by inspecting the include folder. I am wondering if the Lab resource for the 28027 is out of date or if the est.h and main.h files are actually missing?

Please help.

I would guess that you didn't install to the default directory or when you imported you checked one of the boxes about copying the files.

Everythjng wotks by by defaut out of the install with MotorWare

Hi Chris,

So to fix this what do you suggest? Should I re-install Motorware? How do I remove the projects I have already imported?

in CCS you can click the project, right click, and delete

then re-import, following the directions in the InstaSPIN_labs.pdf to NOT check the boxes

if that doesn't work I would delete again and reinstall MotorWare
