How to update firmware via SCI-A for 28069?

I have generated a *.hex file by CCS v5.1. I don't want to use any apps such as C2Prog, UniFlash, and so on for updating the firmware of DSP28069. There are two DSPs in my design, one is AM335x, one is DSP28069. I want to use AM335x to update DSP28069 via SCI. I need some example codes and references about updating firmware between both via SCI.

Is there anyone help me? Thanks.

It includes all the possible ways to program C2000 mcus.

The document doesn't tell me how to update firmware via SCI. I learned only a way to use SD Flash to program Flash via SCI, but I don't want to use any apps to program it.

I need some example code to simulate the programming action via SCI. I can put a hex file which make from CCSv5 into the programming function, just like to use C2Prog to program Flash via SCI.

Can you tell me how to do that in detail? or to give more references to me. Thanks.
