Trouble Reading memory block

I am working with LF2403A Microcontroller. When i try to connect processor with CCS v3.3 by Signum Flasher Flash jet, It shows following error. 

0X42: Trouble reading memory block on page 0 of length 0x1. 

Please provide me solution.
