Cable Needed for 28377D USB Host Examples

I am trying to build, program and run some of the USB examples provided with the 28377D experimenters kit.  I am new to embedded USB and especially USB OTG.  I am most interested in the examples where the 28377 acts as a USB host.  The cable that is supplied with the kit for use with the micro USB connector on the control card has a micro-B connector on one end.  Am I correct in thinking that the connector on the control card is a micro-AB and that I will need a cable with a micro-A connector on one end for the examples where I am connecting a USB device (e.g., mouse) to the 28377D?  Thanks!

Yes, you're correct. You'll need a converter ie OTG cable.
