"What should be the value of the voltage and current to power the kit ??"
Use a 36V power supply / battery that can deliver at least 14A continuously, and probably 30A peak.
If you have a power supply that you can limit to 39A that is always good.

The EVM is robust up until 60V.

i own an BLDC hub motor of 500W.

Its efficiency is 70%. Its rated output power is 500W when voltage is 41V and current is 20A.

Currently I think to use the motor without load.

To make the identification of the motor's parameters, these values of power supply : 36V and 15 A are correct??

certainly run the motor ID without load.
we have extensive experience with these motors, you won't have any issues.

no, I don't need the datasheet.

the motor will ID fine with 20-41V and just a few amps of current. Once you run the motor under load or trying to hit maximum speeds you will need to make sure you are aware of the voltage and current you can supply.

For the identification of the motor's parameters , can  I leave spokes and wheel rim mounted on the rotor ?

yes, no issue to have the entire wheel. Just don't have the wheel loaded on the ground. turn the bike upside down or lift the wheel off somehow.
