I want to program(microcontroller product) In tms320lf2407a( it's spectrum digital product) because we program in microprocessor mode it is erased (RAM memory)

No, it is not possible to program flash using parallel port using CCS3.3v

These are some of flash programming options for F2407A. If you are looking to program F2407A in production environment, there are 3rd party which support that. Below link should get you started.
