TMS320F28377D erase/program current consumption

Hello all,

I am looking trough the documentation of the TMS320F28377D, and specifically looking for the current consumption during erase and programming cycles. I could not find these values in either SPRS880C nor in SPRUHM8C. I need these parameters for the design of the power-supply stage.

Could someone provide me the values for these parameters?

Hi Erik,

Yes, the datasheet doesn't mention the same. It seems to have been missed. I'm forwarding this to the respective team.

I suppose the Idd will be the the current that draws the most current during erase/program?

This is for F28335 Delfino device. As the flash version of F28335 & F28377D differ we cannot directly correlate. But here's a small idea about current consumption:

I will oversize the power-supply a little bit. When the documentation is updated, I will determine a final design.
