yes, I did refer to this document and everything seems alright as I could see the bulb glowing and also the GUI is displaying the readings, but since I want to charge the battery I should be able to see the PWM signals across sepic MPPT without which the battery wont charge. I could see the PWM across Boost MPPT, Inverter and also across BucK boost emulator, but certainly not across sepic MPPT. I hope If this problem is solved then the battery might charge.

I worked according to the Guide but still I am facing the same problem. I guess the Sepic MPPT part of the kit might be damaged. Is there a procedure that I can follow to check whether the Sepic part of the kit is working fine. I will be waiting for your reply. As I am stuck at this problem, I am unable to proceed further.

Hey Sanjay, missed your replies. Can you check the PWM signals getting generated from controller itself ie 3.3V ePWM pulse?

My question is according to Figure 2 of "PV inverter design using solar explorer kit" there is a relay connection between the panel emulator output and DC-DC boost MPPT. I guess there might be some problem with this connection in my kit. I can here the sound of the relay switch changing the position when i start with the GUI, but I dont know how I can be sure with its position.

Great.. then you need to check where this pulse is getting blocked and why this is not reaching the MPPT stage.

Ya that is the problem I am facing. I could sense PWM across DC-DC Boost MPPT and also at DC-AC Inverter, but not at Sepic MPPT. So I think I should make some changes at the relay between the Sepic output and DC-DC boost MPPT. Can you please suggest me how I can do this?

Do you have any suggestion for no PWM signal across Sepic MPPT. There is an input for this part from Vpv emulator but I am not a able to figure out the reason for PWM failure. I am waiting for your reply, because of this problem I am unable to proceed further.

I've personally not used this kit, can you check the pwm driver IC. The possibility of the same getting failed is more.

Sanjay, so you get pwm input to UCC27324 (pin 2) but no output at pin 7 right?

Exactly Gautam you are right, pin 2 and pin 3 are fine but pin 7 and pin 4 (PWM signal) are not responding

Replace the part then... the part has failed in-short!
