We do not offer an open source CANopen software stack directly.

In order to interface your encoder to a C2000 chip you'll need to:

1. Work with a third-party who can provide a CANopen stack.  Some potential options
   1. Simma Software - http://www.simmasoftware.com/
   2. Port - http://www.port.de/
   3. Vector - http://canopen-solutions.com/canopen_embedded_en.html (click on Availability on the left-hand menu)
2. Develop your own solution - This will be a challenging effort and I don't have much advice about this protocol/stack.  However, from a peripheral standpoint you would use the C2000 chip's CAN module.  A good place to start learning about this peripheral is with some of the CAN examples in controlSUITE.
