[F28335]What is the fastest ADC total conversion time ?

I only have found that the fast conversion rate is 80 ns at 25-MHz ADC clock, 12.5 MSPS in the F28335 datasheet(Page. 77).

So, i want to double check the fast total conversion time for single ADC channel conversion.

BTW, the total conversion time for F28069 is 289ns. I need to find a microcontroller which the ADC total conversion time is less than 100ns and include PWM module.
