Hello,

Newbie to C2000. I need to learn the number formats for the C2000. Does anyone know of a good source for learning the differences between the Q24, Q15 and Q31. I also need to learn how to go from decimal format to the other formats.

Hi Chuck,

All you need to do is download controlSuite and navigate to this folder:
C:\ti\controlSUITE\libs\math\IQmath\v160\doc

Go through the userguide to find the difference between all the IQ standards.
