CPU1 reset in F28377D dual core delphino

Dear All,

I am getting the following error message while programming TI demo board. I am using XDS100v2.

C28xx_CPU1: Failed CPU Reset: (Error -1137 @ 0x0) Device is held in reset. Take the device out of reset, and retry the operation. (Emulation package 5.1.450.0)
C28xx_CPU1: Trouble Reading Register PC: (Error -1137 @ 0x0) Device is held in reset. Take the device out of reset, and retry the operation. (Emulation package 5.1.450.0)
C28xx_CPU1: Trouble Writing Memory Block at 0x5d122 on Page 1 of Length 0x2: (Error -1137 @ 0x5D124) Device is held in reset. Take the device out of reset, and retry the operation. (Emulation package 5.1.450.0)

I have also checked one post related to this. The site is http://e2e.ti.com/support/microcontrollers/c2000/f/171/t/204791.

And followed the same steps but still the problem is there.

The Crystal & power supply section is ok.
