The complicated circuit for 28377D ADCREFHI 16bit mode

Now I'm design a broad for 28377D, and I found a circuit for 16bit ADCREFHI in ControlSUITE 3.3.1, it looks very complicate.

Is it necessary? Why?

If I want to replace some component, how to select the amplifier?

This circuit was used to characterize the ADC, so we know it will give good performance in 16-bit mode.

We are working on characterizing alternate VREFHI generation circuits, but I don't have a schedule for when these recommendations will be available.

If choose 2.5V or 3V as VREF, can I use 3.3V to supply amplifers and reference?

Yeah, that should work. If you use the device 3.3V rail for your amplifiers, then this will also guarantee power cycling of the VDDA and VREF (VDDA needs to be >= VREFHI at all times).
