Verification failure after latest CCS update

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: CONTROLSUITE

After I applied the latest update to CCS this morning, my project no longer flashes to the F28M35H52C1. The error I get during the flashing process is the following:

C28xx_0: File Loader: Verification failed: Values at address 0x0000000000108000 do not match Please verify target memory and memory map.
C28xx_0: GEL: File: C:\Users\mikehe\Code\MG\MG C28\Debug\MG C28.out: a data verification error occurred, file load failed.

This is code that I was successfully flashing and running as of yesterday afternoon. Is there something that could have been broken by the update process? My CCS version is 6.1.0.00104. Here is the Tag copied from the Installation History:

I do recall during the update process, I got a popup box that asked something like if my workspace should be updated, and that it could break backwards compatibility.
