If you are looking for CAD symbols or footprints you will see what we have in the specific product folder

For newer devices unfortunately many of these are not available.

Are the symbols/footprint available for TMS320F28035PNT? I checked the product page, but failed to find the symbols. Any help will be appreciated!

If you look under CAD/CAE Symbols on the following page you should be able to download a .bxl which will convert to Altium.

Inside controlSUITE you can also find the 'F28035 controlCARD (TMDSCNCD28035) design. The schematics were done in OrCAD and its layout was done in Mentor PADS.
