What's different with MAC address, long address and product id?

Hi everyone

I'm work with PLC TMDSPLCKIT.

In Host Message Protocol guideline, it has mention about the product id.

In GUI, it can shows the device's long address and set the long address.

But if I search online, it will show about the MAC address information.

So, I was curious what is different between these name?

Cause I want to locate the device which I want the kit to connect.
