We are starting the process of compiling an FAQ for the InstaSPIN forum.  Can you please assist by

1. provide any questions that you wish would have been in an FAQ when you started

2. if possible, provide any links that you feel already answers the question :)

3. Any other links to past discussions that you think are highly valuable and should be included in a "Hall of Fame"

    First of all,
    1. The difference between 'F' - 'M' MCU version with non 'F' - 'M' (since many people mistaken to buy the non one)
    2. I remember they are many related links about this, but not really sure how to search them back now.

    The others will be:
    1. How to integrate SCI to Motorware (interrupt, non interrupt, using driver, using struct)
    2. How to integrate I2C to Motorware (interrupt, non interrupt, using driver, using struct)
    3. About the error: JTAG emulator cannot connect to InstaSPIN boards (hardware setting, target connection, XDS driver, etc)
    4. About the problem on InstaSPIN identification (these are too much variants, not sure whether it can be FAQ one by one)
    5. About IQMath in Motorware - what that is, how to use.
    6. About running Motorware without CCS (external switches, potentiometer, etc)
    7. About modifying ADCs in Motorware
    8. How to integrate another interrupt in Motorware (timer, TZ)

    If I remember something else (also the links), I will update.

    Hi Chris,

    The following question comes up frequently for me because my company keeps switching motor types for the product, so whenever the winds of change blow in a BLDC, I pull out one of our eval kits and try to remember the best way to update software. You have two or three great posts on installation and updates (will provide links if needed), but the question for me is always what order of installation (there seems to be overlap in some files/functionality) and what other things (such as your suggestion to preface solution folder names with "my"), etc. In short, the two questions are:

    1. "Is there a link that instructs the best manner to install/setup Motorware, ControlSUITE, CCS, and?"
    2."Is there a link that instructs the best way to update aforementioned installation, including order of install, customization and migration of any setup or homegrown coding files?"
