Target Configuration

Hello everyone.

I'm trying to set the target configuration to my development kit TMS320F28M36P63C2 in CCS v6.1 but i can't establish the communication with my board.

This is what I am doing:

1.- I creat a new target configuration.

2.- I choose the device and save the configuration.

3. I test the configuration, but it fails.

 

Can you tell me if Im doing something wrong?
