Hello

I am working with TI Zigbee stack homautomation project with target board cc2538 i am flasing the image through SmartRF06 evaluation board with XDS100v3 debugger ..initialy it worked fine,,but now FATAL error comming..

 Fatal error: Failed to connect to the XDS100/200/ICDI emulator (connect ICEPick)...  (Error -230 @ 0x0) The measured lengths of the JTAG IR and DR scan-paths are invalid. This indicates that an  error exists in the link-delay or scan-path. (Emulation package 5.1.450.0)     Session aborted! 

Please give me solution for this.
