I saw the doc of the DesignDrive IDDK wich has an interface to Endat. As seen in the schematics of the dev board, the Endat is routed to the SPI on 28377D.
Questions:
- Is there some sample code around which implements an Endat communication with the SPI module?
- Why is the clk routed to 2 other pins? (with jumper selection). Is the idea to make the clk by gpio toggling? Or PWM output?
- Has somebody successfully impemented a simple Endat com by SPI?
My goal is to ask for the abs position at startup plus 1 customer specific param. After thist startup procedure I will stop communicate.
